Ninety percent of the incumbents in Congress were on duty in the years leading up to 2008 and did NOTHING to stop the meltdown of the US financial markets. <More> Main Street Americans who are opposed to Congress squandering our nation's financial future should not allow their anger at Congress to be distracted by proposals made by the President. <More> The 111th Congress is preparing to consider an additional $850 billion in bailout money on top of the 7.5 trillion(see Bloomberg Link) already squandered. Just as they renamed the bailout "TARP" this additional bailout money will be called "a stimulus". If it walks like a bailout and talks like a bailout it is a bailout; just don't tell Congess that. They think main street is too stupid to know the difference. You do not need to know what TARP means. What you need to know and remember at election time is that TARP = BAILOUT. Congress is doing it's very political best to confuse, obfuscate, and misdirect main street voters from connecting the dots in the 2010 midterm elections. They know voters are mad and they know they don't approve of the Bailout. Don't let them get away with it. Posted by SamG at 1/21/2009 4:57 PM | Add Comment Congress approves $350 billion for the second half of the Wall Street bailout money. We are watching our children and grandchildren's financial futures being poured down a bottomless financial pit by the same people who let the 2008 Financial Meltdown occur. When will main street say, "ENOUGH!"? Posted by SamG at 1/21/2009 4:48 PM | Add Comment Congress is telling main street that this is the :worst economy since the great depression". Congress is outraged that AIG executives are treating themselves to multi-million dollar spa vacations. Congress is condeming Detroit auto company execs for flying on their private jets to beg for federal bailout money. Congress is giving itself a pay raise! Who is going to hold them accountable? $4 Billion of taxpayer money squandered on Chrysler, $8 billion more to go

Bernie Madoff is set to plead guilty to bilking investors out of $64 billion dollars today. In his wake is the destruction of retirement funds, charities, and individuals who have seen their life savings stolen from them. The despair, grief and utter hopelessness of his victims is evidenced by at least two suicides. The all-time king of ponzi schemes could be sentenced to 150 years in prison. The “Bernie Madoff” Congress on the other hand, who orchestrated the Great Financial Meltdown of 2008 and has flushed over two trillion dollars of taxpayer bailout money down the bailout sewer, is not planning on pleading guilty to anything. The carnage of the Congressional wake is breathtaking; unemployment at 8.1 percent with 12.5 million people out of work and a forecast of over 10 percent unemployed by the end of 2009; Home foreclosures up thirty percent from February; 401K, IRA values hammered below fifty percent of their value a year ago; and a stock market tanked below 7000. Proud of their work all Congressional incumbents fully expect to be reelected in 2010.

Limbaugh boosts "Throw Them All Out America" plan against Congressional Incumbents
Rush Limbaugh gave an inadvertent boost to the "Throw Them All Out America" plan to punish Congressional incumbents on his Tuesday, Feb. 24 radio program when he read a September 1999 New York Times article regarding the relaxing of mortgage standards for Fannie Mae Corporation that led to people getting home mortgages that we now know they could not afford to pay for. Rush ridiculed the 1999 policy changes as "Clinton administration pressure" on lenders. Rush went on to say "we...learned everything we know about the mortgage industry. Fannie Mae , Freddie Mac. Make loans to people who can't afford them." What Rush failed to mention is that Republicans had been in control of Congress from 1994 and would remain in control until the 2006 mid-term election. What did they do when they were in power to prevent the idiotic lending practices of Freddie and Fannie that led to the 2008 Financial Meltdown? Answer: NOTHING!. And what did Democrats do when they regained power in 2006 to prevent the financial collapse from happening? Answer: NOTHING! It is time for Main Street Americans to hold every incumbent Congressman and woman accountable for their ineptitude, stupidity and inaction in preventing the worst financial disaster since the great depression. Throw them all out America! Go to the throwthemalloutamerica.com website and find out how you can become one of 39 million voters to punishCongressional incumbents in 2010.

Congress to consider additional $850 billion bailout labeled as a "stimulus package"
The difference between Bernie Madoff and Congress:
1. Congress can't be prosecuted
2. About $2,000,000,000,000,000
3. Bernie will be judged by twelve; Congress will be reelected

I am angry! I hope you are too. Congress is on its way to approving a 700 BILLION dollar bailout of Wall Street with tax payer money. Every House and Senate member needs to be punished. They must all be voted out of office. Hard working, tax paying americans need to recognize that Congress is broken; both political parties allowed this disaster to occur; and now is the time for every voter to exercise the POWER of the vote by sending them all permanently home. On November 4th, check party politics and partisanship at the election site door and vote them ALL out of office.

Why ThrowThemAllOutAmerica.com does not allow reference to individuals or party affiliations.
Please note that you will not find any reference to any individual congressional member or party affiliation on the ThrowThemAllOutAmerica.com website or blog with the exception of my “Personal Apology” letter in which a brief historical background is given that references one individual Congressman (now retired) by name and does make mention of Democrats and Republicans. If you have taken the time to read the entire grassroots PLAN on the website you will understand why. Seventy-four percent of voters agree that Congress as an institution and culture has become completely dysfunctional. The primary focus of the ThrowThemAllOutAmerica.com website is to organize and educate people of all political world views who already agree that Congress is broken into taking principled action to restore and renew this venerable institution. Partisan bickering, finger pointing and blame-gaming of any individual or political party only serves to divert attention from that goal. There are multitudes of websites and blogs that serve no other purpose than to encourage partisans from all political persuasions to blast away at their political enemies and allow political emotions to run rampant without result. Those who want to engage in those kinds of activities can find plenty of other places to go. I want those who come to the ThrowThemAllOutAmerica.com website to be able to engage one another as Americans with the shared interest of doing something positive for themselves and their country.
